Booking Process

• Customers can book services online or via phone

• Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability

 

Scheduling

• Time slots are approximate and may vary due to workload or traffic conditions

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Allowed before technician dispatch

• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled visit may be subject to a visit or inspection charge

 

Access Requirements

Customers must ensure:

• Safe access to the AC unit

• Availability during the scheduled time
